Sarah & Paul … from being strangers when you started your summer-long internship ministering to the teenagers of Hartford, to hanging out, dating, falling in love, and now being married! I just love your story! Here’s a small preview of your big day=)

Paul gifted Sarah with his grandmother’s beautiful diamond ring. What a special heirloom!

Sarah and her girls spent most of the morning getting ready at her childhood home. Taylor Swift played from the iPad & coffee mugs lined the counter top & table. Sarah actually spent most of her time doing her hair in the upstairs bathroom on her own. Spending those last quiet minutes by herself was probably really nice before the exciting day ahead of her!

We took the 3 minute drive to Sarah’s home church, where both the girls and the guys finished getting ready. Dresses & necklaces on, ties & shoes tied up.

I love this moment between Sarah and her dad!

This Bible picture pretty much sums up Sarah & Paul’s ceremony. It was God-honoring, worshipful & just beautiful. People were smiling, crying, and laughing!

Such a fun group of friends! They stuck it out for close to ten minutes in the 12 degree weather and were such great sports about it. Thanks, all!

Silly girls, serious boys.

Then these two lovlies got to spend even more time out in the cold! (sooo colldddd) I love portrait time with just the bride and groom. It’s a time to slow down, they can be themselves and celebrate their new marriage together while I stand back and adore/snap photos of them. Sarah & Paul cozied up and we got some amazing shots!

So cute. Definite favorite.

Their reception took place at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA. It’s a very vintage-esque venue with amazing details like this whole room of old books!

I loved the chandelier.

Paul sang Sarah a lovely song during the reception. He said he’s been dreaming of singing it to his future wife since he was a kid! It was so sweet!

We snuck out for a few more minutes of portrait time:

Stunna! Look at you, miss married lady! =)

Sarah & Paul, you guys are amazing! Happy almost-two-weeks of marriage! =)
