Katie and I met through the internet back in 2012 through an online running community. We realized we both lived near Boston, so we decided to meet up! She asked me to photograph a charity event for the 2013 Boston Marathon, and we’ve kept in touch ever since. I was so excited to hear that she and Ryan had gotten engaged and even more touched that they wanted me to photograph their special day.
Even though I’ve known Katie for what seems like forever, it was only at their engagement shoot that I met Ryan for the first time! I loved getting to know them as a couple. They are fun, romantic, stylish, and they easily make each other laugh. K+R picked Moore State Park as the backdrop of their engagement session and it was PERFECT. It was super fun exploring with them and making some seriously adventure-y engagement images. I’m looking forward to their wedding in Woodstock this August! Enjoy these faves!
